Xochico does not collect information from its website at this time, though we are in the process of enabling database features on the site. We currently do not use "cookies" but may eventually do so for technical purposes once the database is implemented.

The database will be used for internal marketing and tracking purposes (what pages visitors are viewing, etc.). We will ASK for any information we do gather, so you can "opt" out. You will never have to register to use our site or enter confidential information -- except for ordering as described below.

Currently if you order anything from Xochico, you will be taken to a third party (PayPal) which may ask you for some payment information, such as name, address and credit card info -- typical for on-line ordering. We are not responsible for PayPal's privacy policies, but we checked them out and they currently have a strong commitment to privacy. You can read their privacy statement at the PayPal.com website.

We do not send "spam" -- in fact we hate it as much as you do. We may send some "special offers" via email at some point in the future, but you will always be asked beforehand if you want to receive such solicitations and you can always opt in or out at any time. Note: some companies reserve the right to change their policy and sell your information to third parties, so be forewarned. But Xochico will NEVER sell or give your information to third parties.
